Secluded on a tropical island, The Sanctuary was a magical host location.  Zen Casa partnered once again with trainer Jake Ferree for a week-long retreat in paradise. Treetop bungalows, fresh coconuts, and bioluminescent waters are just a glimpse into this island life. Guests were treated to twice-daily yoga workshops and meditations. This was an intense course to deepen one's practice and remove the distractions of everyday life.
